The memorial and museum to the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi, where more than 250,000 victims are buried. Its exhibitions explain the history, the genocide and the reconciliation that followed. Entry is free; it's open daily 9am–5pm (from 1pm on the last Saturday of the month, for Umuganda). Allow at least two hours.
