An 1881 mansion built by George Stiebel, Jamaica's first Black millionaire, set in gardens on Hope Road and open for guided tours. Most locals come for Devon House I-Scream, a famous Jamaican ice-cream parlour, and the bakery's patties, eaten on the lawns in the shade. An easy, relaxed stop on the way to the Bob Marley Museum.
