A deep, sheltered lagoon east of Port Antonio where cold spring water mixes with warm sea water, giving it a vivid blue-green colour that shifts through the day. You can swim from the small beach or take a short boat trip from nearby jetties. It's a lovely, calm swim in the morning before the tour boats arrive.
